CPA’s Prison Arts Program 40th Annual Show is April 14-May 19, 2018 at the Garde Gallery in New London, CT.

The Annual Show features over 500 new artworks from over 120 inmate artists in Connecticut prisons and from community artists who are Alumni of the Prison Arts Program. The inmates and staff work all year toward this unique and extraordinary community event! The exhibition is free to the public.

Annual Show Opening Reception:  Saturday April 14, 4-7 pm
You are invited to attend the Annual Show Opening Reception. You can meet some of community artists, and selected artworks, show posters, journals and greeting cards will be available for sale. The opening reception is free to the public and no registration required.

BONUS! Prison Arts Program Permanent Collection Exhibition: 
While in New London visiting the Annual Show, experience even more extraordinary art from our Prison Arts Program Permanent Collection! Works will be exhibited in the Garde Art Center lobbies and at New London Main Street at the Historic Waterfront.
