This program provides state of the art community based residential supervision and programming for young women up to age 16 in a secured detention facility. Girls in the program receive supportive counseling, medical and psychiatric services, recreation, and family interventions. Referrals come from the Juvenile Court system and provider network. (1998)

Assists in the development and review of policy and procedures, work rules and current best practice standards. Conducts on site compliance audits and provide recommendations for quality improvement initiatives and corrective actions.

Conducts post incident reviews and post incident debriefings and provide applicable corrective action recommendations. Conducts pre-service and in service employee training sessions as needed. Assists in the selection of program sites and coordinate necessary renovations and construction as needed for the delivery of programs
